The Biograph Theater on President Avenue in the Lincoln Extra neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, was originally a movie theater however now presents live productions. The theater was fully renovated by architect Daniel Proprietress. Coffey, who constructed a proscenium-thrust stage and seating for 299 people. A grand staircase, which was part of the starting structure, was restored to eliminate up to the building's in a tick floor, housing a studio transitory seating 135 people and scheme adjacent rehearsal/multiple-use space.

The $11 million project for the newfound theater, styled the Victory Gardens at the Biograph, was accomplished in the fall of 2006.
